While we do not offer refunds, we gladly accept exchanges under the terms below.
Exchanges Only
We accept exchanges for incorrect size or fit of garments
Conditions for Exchange:
Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
We do not offer refunds. All approved returns will be issued as an exchange or store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
A short description
We will send a replacement or offer store credit if the item is no longer available.
How to Start an Exchange
To begin an exchange, email us at jedie.helpdesk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the exchange. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
